Смотря куда будет дуть ветер.
Пока, вроде бы, дует на восток.
Так что Владик не должно задеть.
Но я бы, на месте жителей Владика и окрестностей, следил бы за новостями (и Японскими тоже) и за сообщениями от МЧС.
